Green Smoothie with Apple, Spinach, and Chia Seeds

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 1 No Medium-sized Apple, Cored and Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and chop the spinach leaves.
  • Core and chop the apple into small pieces.
  • Pour the almond milk into the blender.
  • Add the chopped spinach, chopped apple, and chia seeds to the blender.
  • If desired, add a scoop of protein powder to the blender.
  • Put the lid on the blender and blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the green smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
